Fused quartz ceramics are products made from fused quartz sand by crushing, molding, sintering and other processes. It is a new type of high-purity high temperature resistant quartz material, also known as fused quartz sintered products, quartz glass ceramics.

The excellent characteristics of fused silica ceramics are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

Excellent corrosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient. When the temperature is 0 ℃ - 800 ℃, the thermal expansion coefficient is only 0.54X10-6/℃.

Fused quartz has low thermal conductivity, dielectric constant and dielectric loss, good insulation, and resistance of 1015 Ω at room temperature.

Fused quartz has strong corrosion resistance, high thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity and other excellent properties. As a structural material and functional material, it is applied to quartz ceramic rods, quartz ceramic crucibles, metallurgy industry, aerospace industry, polysilicon industry, electronics industry and many other fields.

Common specifications: 1-0.5mm, 0.5-0.2mm, 0.2-0.1mm, 50-100 mesh, 200 mesh, 325 mesh, 400 mesh, etc. can also be produced according to customer requirements.
